As your doula I will walk with you and your partner through pregnancy by supporting you and increasing your confidence in your ability to give birth. I offer personalized, private childbirth education as a part of my doula services. During these sessions we can for example practice comfort measures or prepare for postpartum. You are free to borrow English books on pregnancy, childbirth and pospartum from me.

During birth I will be there as your physical, emotional and spiritual support. I will encourage your partner to support you. Along with my doula bag I will bring a vast know-how on different comfort measures. I can support you with the following methods amongst others: Aromatherapy, gua sha, rebozo, acupressure, music, visualization and supporting in different birthing positions.

 

After birth I am there for you for another 1-2 hours. In addition to that I offer a house visit within 6 weeks postpartum. During this visit you can go through your birthing experience, you can receive breastfeeding support or my help in household tasks. I offer postpartum household help as a seperate service as well.

All my service prices include VAT 24 %.  For the duration of my doula certification process I offer reduced prices for my services.
