About me

My name is Liisa Hildinger, I am a DONA international -certifying doula, a trained breastfeeding counsellor and a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE).

My experiences with pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum led me to become a doula and childbirth educator. I would like to help You build up your confidence in birth and support you on your path to parenting.

I am a member of the Doulas of Finland ry and commited to work according to the doula code of conduct.

Reliable

I offer reliable and evidence-based support for pregnancy, birth and parenting. With me by their side families and individuals will be heard and understood.

Resource

I want to act as a resource on the path to parenting in a way the parent and family desire.

I strongly believe that every individuals path to parenting is unique and significant.

Multicultural

Supporting multicultural families is close to my heart since I have a multicultural and -lingual family myself. I have an understanding for the particularities, joys and challenges of being multicultural. I meet families with an open mind and with a deep understanding for cultural diversity.
